All of our repairs are set at a flat rate. Our repair capabilities are expanding every day! If you have an item you would like us to repair, just send it in. RSW Technologies quotes all of the repairs that come in FREE OF CHARGE. You will receive a quote detailing the cost. You then have the choice of letting us repair the item, or sending the unit back to you with no checkout or quoting fee attached, only shipping charges apply. If you choose to accept the quote, you must sign the form and allocate shipping insurance (if wanted) and give us a P.O. number. (subject to change without notice)

Your Repair Options:
2 - 3 Business Days. This service is available for a surcharge of 100% of the list price up to a maximum of $700.00. Please also state "RUSH" on  your  packing  list,  or  purchase  order. All "Rush" orders  are  shipped  back  to  you  Next  Day Air automatically, if this service isn't needed, please state so on your P.O. (If Saturday delivery is required, please state that on your paperwork.)

Standard Delivery. The standard turnaround time is 15 business days (subject to the product's parts and availability). We will exert every effort to meet or beat the estimated ship date. If your repair is not going to meet its ship date you will be notified by your sales representative and informed as to why there has been a hold up.
