When sending in a repair  to RSW Technologies,  it is always helpful to include the following information:

• A packing slip with your company name and contact information
• Your P.O. number
• A packing list
• Standard or rush service
• A brief description of  the failure
• Shipping account number & instructions (ie. UPS Collect, Airborne Red, Airborne Ground etc.)
